Cancellation Policy
*Please note ALL Appointments MUST be approved and confirmed before coming in for appointment time*
At Kura Esthetics Studios, we understand sometimes things come up and you may need to reschedule or cancel.
Clients have a 10 minute grace period. This grace period is to ensure we have enough time to complete your service fully. After the grace period, the appointment will automatically be cancelled and consider a cancellation.
Please cancel or reschedule your appointments accordingly within the 24 hour window, Kura Esthetics Studio has a 30% cancellation/no show fee for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
Clients are allowed ONE RESCHEDULE per deposit, as long as the appointment is rescheduled before the 24 hour window.
